Jeffrey W. Ross, Esq., is a life-time resident of Johnstown, Pennsylvania. He is a 2005 graduate of The University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a 2000 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, majoring in History and Political Science.
